About Me ...

Welcome to All Things Beauty, i am Jade. 

I am founder and manager of All Things Beauty but as well as this i am also a local Mum of 4 beautiful children.

I enrolled in a beauty course when i was 16 as i knew all through high school that this was exactly where i was meant to be.  

I started working in some beautiful Spa's, Salons and Skin Clinics and soon after became pregnant with my first bundle of Joy. I took some time out at this point and set up a small room to treat friends and family in between having my next 2 children. 


As my kids all started attending school i decided to go back to a salon that i ended up managing for. This was great but it did'nt always suit my busy mum lifestyle so i decided to open my little salon in my home and work evenings and weekends around my full time job to see if i could build up clientele. 

The response i received exceeded my expectations dramatically and it wasn't long before i stepped back from my position in salon and made this my Full Time Job. 

I have come a long way from the day i started, i have switched rooms a couple of times, re branded, re decorated, up skilled, completed further training, invested, changed up my service menu etc 

It has all been one big adventure and i have met some wonderful people along the way, many of which i can now call friends. 

I closed my Salon back in December 2020 when i was due to have my lucky last little girl and after enjoying the first 15 months of her life i am now ready to dive back in! so, i have been training long hours to be sure i am up to date with all the new and upcoming treatments so i can offer you all nothing but the BEST!


 
Skin is my passion, i love to be able to offer advice and knowledge to my clients and most importantly provide the results they desire.


I Hold myself and my Salon to a very high standard to be sure that you are 100% satisfied with the service you are provided. 


At All Things Beauty you can be sure that you are walking into a well maintained, clean space. everything where possible is disposable.


There are no nasty shocks with pricing as i have a set Menu.


You can be sure to have a nice peaceful treatment whether it be for brows or waxing to luxurious skin treatments as there will be no interruptions! you are number 1.

Working from home means that i can be somewhat flexible with hours and appointments to suit your convenience.

You can be sure that all Products used are of professional Grade only and that my knowledge comes from professional training that i am regularly undergoing.

I can assure you that the standard of your appointment will never falter and you will never feel rushed.

 





Salon Etiquette

I will always do my very best for my clients and so as a small business there are some courtesies that i would appreciate from my clients in return.


*Please ARRIVE on time for your appointment. Ring the doorbell and wait on the chair by the front door.  If you arrive late i may not be able to complete your full treatment and this may result in rescheduling for another time. 


*There will often be consent forms that you will be required to fill out prior to your treatment.


*If you are feeling UNWELL please be sure to reschedule your appointment ahead of time.


*I will not tolerate repeat no show clients. i understand things slip our minds but if this is a recurring issue your appointments will no longer be accepted.


*Reminder messages / emails are sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. you do not have to respond 'yes or no' but i would appreciate if you can no longer make your appointment that you let me know when you receive this confirmation so i can fill the space with another waiting client.


*For safety reasons children are not allowed to join your appointment. there are many safety hazards in the room and the space is not big enough. it also compromises my ability to make your treatment the best it can be as i may not have access to certain areas of the room with prams etc in the way.  Please refrain from bringing extra friends/family with you to your appointment as I don’t have a large room or waiting area and they will have to wait outside.


*I require 48 hours notice (at the time of the confirmation message) for CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING OR CHANGING SERVICE. 

Less notice will forfeit deposits paid. This includes for illness or suspected illness. If you are unable to give this amount of notice, regrettably you will still be charged as this ensures that the therapist providing your treatment is still paid for their time.


* We accept payment by cash, MasterCard, Visa card, American express, Eftpos, Pay by App, AFTERPAY, Humm & ZIP. (minimum purchase of $50 on buy now pay later) 


*Full payment is required on the day. If using interest free payment methods full payment will be required at time of booking. 


*There are 3 car parking space on my driveway, you are welcome to park on any of these spaces to keep the road clear (and ensure you don’t get a ticket).


*Gift vouchers may be purchased in salon, over the phone or via email. Gift Vouchers are valid for a 6 month period from the date of purchase, are non refundable or redeemable for cash. You may however change the service so long as the value is the same or the difference is paid. 


These policies may be altered at the discretion of the owner of All Things Beauty without notice. A copy of our policies can be found in the salon plus on our booking & reminder emails.
